It’s international appearances. After that it is someone’s potential, first team appearances, but a big factor is the level you are coming from and the status of the league you have been playing in.

I would say we had worked our way towards being a pretty physical team anyway, we certainly weren't a small team anymore, but we've seriously cranked it up another notch.
