Sky sports on Thursday evening 9pm

Goosebumps even from just that little clip. It’s been a hell of a ride the last 15 or so years and at one point I genuinely thought the club would no longer exist.

Northampton to Birmingham via Burton. The desperate times of the Russel Slade era, text a sub, Ken Dulieu’s appearance on the bench, selling players to fund a pitch renovation will all be a distant memory come Friday evening.

“We’ll be back”

I really enjoyed the ITV, but this looks like it has even more detail. Can’t wait for it.

The synergy was complete in that Preston match for me and a fair few others.

They have all the footage on pitch. I hope it's in-depth enough narrative wise.

But looking forward to it.

When you watch stuff like that it really is baffling that people don’t like WLADITT
'Don't like WLADITT' or 'don't like listening to WLADITT in the fan zone, followed by pre and then post match, including pre-season friendlies, as well as at every single other opportunity when its not needed'?

Anyone have any idea to watch this for those that don't have sky

If we’d had a Netflix or Wrexham style documentary series following us from about 2011 onwards it would’ve got millions of viewers.

The Moonhowlers over at RTG sound like they will be glued to it :ROFLMAO:

Sunderland literally got 3 seasons on Netflix

You are dealing with a fanbase that need constant validation about everything remember, the only comparison I can make is saying they are like the club equivalent of the Scots whenever they go to a major international tournament - Desperate to be everybody's second favourite side, desperate to tell everyone how amazing their fanbase is and desperate to be talked about

Ipswich are approaching Sunderland levels last couple of years but they are still a poor imitation. Every masterpiece has a cheap copy.

Ipswich are pretty insufferable but some of the victim mentality from Sunderland is hilarious

Apparently Sky hate them and have always had it in for them etc. - They can't have been watching them much in the L1 days being as we were constantly told by Sky how 'A club like this shouldn't find itself in League 1' and so on :ROFLMAO:

I don’t have much issue with Sunderland to be honest, but it’s pretty laughable to not understand why a 25 year redemption arc is good TV. The Netflix cameras got good value out of Sunderland but would have had even more out of CCFC

Going to be honest, that sounds a lot like some of ours 🤣

There are a fair few on here who are constantly moaning about Sky hating us and not talking about us enough/giving us enough credit etc.

They're posting it on Sky Sports Premier League YouTube channel at the same time.

Haha. The idea that they think they have had it worse than us just shows the delusion and entitlement. Our uprising is one of the greatest league stories and shows the fanbase strength to get through it. Lovely to see them crying about it though.
