Today could be a big day for us. Imagine if we won and Ipswich and Millwall drew. We would then be 11 points ahead of both of them with 7 games to go, albeit that Ipswich would still have their game in hand. If that happened I almost wouldn’t care what Middlesbrough do, although I could see their match being a draw.

That said, it won’t be easy for us to win today with Swansea’s recent home record and us having quite a few key players missing.

Ridiculous I know when you purely look at the numbers but I always fret about our strikers. Haji out I hear but is far from consistent anyway, BTA has gone back to looking fairly ineffective since his return and Simms is an enigma, some games scores and powers his way around at will and others looks like a pub player.
I think this will be close and tense and I’m hoping it’s a Rudoni or EMC special that divides us from the Welsh 🙏

There could be a reason but it’s likely he’s out if not with the squad
Lampard is very hot on the squad being together around match day

How do we 100% know he’s not with squad I would have thought they would be in Swansea already and if not they would not be leaving at 9:44 surely just wishful thinking that’s it’s all a bit of a stir

That’s why I think it would be unlikely that he’s injured as surely they would have told Jamaica he’s injured so cannot attend their matches but he’s in the team so that what makes me doubt that he’s not playing as how can he get injured today if the squad was announced yesterday

A player can have a small niggle, or have the shits, or have a headache. He doesn't have to have had a leg lopped off to be out for a game.
