How much longer? (1 Viewer)

Why would it be ridiculous to sack a manager when literally any other manager would outperform them?
Well we wouldnt have sacked him after one bad result would we

How much longer does Frank have to turn this round? Its been the same script for WEEKS now. At no point has he tried to change things. Just sticking with the same "favourite" and out of form players, same formation, same tactics. He either needs to have a serious rethink and sort out his stubborn, failing tactics... or Doug has to make yet another HUGE call and get somebody else in. If we leave it too much longer, its too late. Either Frank needs to change his gameplan ASAP, or he needs replacing imo.

This still stands as far as im concerned! Absolutely dog shit again.

In 48 hours time we'll be off the top of the league. Then at least all the "bUt We'Re ToP oF tHe LeAgUe" comments can stop i suppose! Every cloud and all that!

If we sacked him today and appointed someone else i’d be more confident us going up than with him.

He looks totally devoid of any ideas or confidence

Lampard has lost it and should be afforded the same loyalty a far better manager got from Doug Queen and marched out of the training ground tomorrow.

Devoid of ideas, rubbish from top to bottom, we have gone from running away with it to looking fearful of Oxford and QPR. We are shit and in a false position when it comes to form.

The football is dross the players are playing slow sluggish and side ways and backwards.

Grimes for some reason just gets picked regardless of his inability to add anything to the side yet Rudoni who has been the exact same gets dropped.

Its the same old shit every week slow side ways backwards midfield non existent and its not going to improve unless our coaches and Lamps address it.

Im not one for knee jerk reactions but Lampard genuinely looks like he hasnt a clue how to turn it round. You can see it in his face that the belief is gone.

Got to admit it, when I made this thread, we were shipping more and more basic goals at the back. Whilst I didn't want Lampard gone, I did want the obviously glaring tactic fail looking at and fixing. Teams had figured us out tactically and I couldnt see Frank even trying to change it.

However, the introduction of Onyeka and not being so hung-ho so much and being a little more solid at the back he has certainly turned it round. We were calling for him to change up his tactics, and he has done. Fair play.

Yea i panicked , which in fairness i rarely do BUT weve never been here before have we .. but really that in itself should have earned lampard more respect from us / me .

I think we need to keep him at all costs at this point even if we fail to go up , his win ratio is almost 60% in the league over 65 games and if he takes us to the premiwr league he sits at the same table as hill sillett and robins in terms of legendary status
