Has he actually spoken tonight ? Nobody said anything
Yea, said lots of positives. Dominated in every way but was just one of those days when the ball wouldn't go in. Oxford sit in a low block and give very few chances away in their recent matches o we actually created more clear chances than he thought we might do before the match.

Kind of player who would've made a difference today. Should've signed Bamford too. King has let us down. Probably cost himself some premier league riches now too. Expect him to spend big in the summer if we don't get promoted. Nothing else is acceptable.

He will never spend big. He doesnt have the clout

Just got back. Passive, slow, devoid of ideas. If only Wright had slotted his one on one home we have scrapped a win.

Weird thing is we’re fine at home usually so why were the full backs held back. Thats what we need to do away.

In retrospect what we needed to do was to try and sign players with history of playing in promotion winning sides. I think only Eccles, Allen, Woolfenden and Wilson have experience playing in promotion winning sides and it shows. We’re so mentally fragile and don’t seem up for the battle at all.

Only cos Ipswich will have two in hand
Three points I'd make though, firstly Ipswich will pretty soon have a bag full of games to play in a very short space of time if they keep going in the cup. And Hull are blowing hot and cold, they're were $hite to watch today (and the game before that) So either of them romping every game is pretty fsr from a given.

Secondly, I don't think you'll lose your next two at all.
You numbers are there and up, it's just a case of converting them. No team can carry on dominating games and still hitting blanks (even our period as such, we began our latest surge when we started converting them properly)

Oh and thirdly you do know that we "only" drew against Oxford when Adi was in interim charge? As did yourselves earlier in the season. And Millwall. And in their 2 games against Ipswich they won 1, lost 1, by the same margin. They raise their game significantly against the top teams, especially in defence and between the sticks.

You'll run riot on the 16th, I'm not sure how you've still convinced yourself that this 'hoodoo' is going to repeat itself by this point. Look at how the teams are playing, look at how they're being managed, use your footballing brain. You're going top either on Monday or the Monday after.

If we play like we are you’ll beat us 5-0, looking at both our midfields scares me

We have to play the likes of Boro, Stoke , Bristol City. Wrexham, Hull. Watford, Derby , WBA , Preston, I can't see us winning many of those. 67 points got us into a play off place last season. If we are lucky we might scrape another 10/12 points to scrape into a play off place just .

This evening's TV scheduling look's heavily biased towards CCFC - BBC1 with The Weakest Link, then Casualty followed by Waiting For The Out.
Meanwhile over on ITV there's The One Point Club.
Sorry, One Percent.
Which in all fairness is now our chances of gaining automatic promotion.
And probably the uptake with next season's ST renewal.

Put money on us not to make the playoffs. Will get very nice odds.

Mate we are both going for a promotion fuck this small talk

hope you absolutely crumble
It's not small talk, it's giving perspective on football matters, which is what this board is for.

The only way I'll be bothered by Coventry's scores will be if you're in 3rd as that's the gap that matters. Screw the shiny pot.

Otis, sit down my friend. there's something you need to know.
What I'm about to tell you is not easy for me to take either but I shall remain strong and try my damnedest to stop my bottom lip from quivering.
You see it's, it's, it's just that,
It's just that we're not going to win another fucking game of football for the remainder of the season!
Ahhhhhhhh.
Bookmarked!!

I wouldn't have thought so - Automatics is now where the serious money should be.
Bookies are no mugs (When's the last time you saw one boarded up on the high street?)
They calculate expected form not just false positioning.
Well OK there was that one bloke, but generally.
