it's a joke based on Trump and Epstein being pals, hanging out a whole lot for a long time. How is it defamatory? I'd like to hear the argument he'd mount. 'Yeah, there's loads of evidence publicly available that I hung out with Jeff to f*ck kids, but saying I went to a specific island is defamatory!'
Again - the law is very much contested on this issue and I wouldn’t expect it to go anywhere. But if you claim on national television that a politician hung out on Epstein’s island when there’s no evidence they did, I personally wouldn’t be surprised if the accused person got upset about it and claimed there was malice involved. Even - especially! - if that person was Donald Trump.

It feels pretty obvious that the FBI raids that are going on will conveniently lead to the conclusion that the election was rigged, despite the only obvious attempt at rigging going on was by Trump himself.
