The worst are the "get ready with me" where people say what they are wearing. I can't imagine being 19 and filming myself and saying what I was wearing. I'd never ever live it down, I'd be terrorised and rightly so.

Get the firefox brower and install Ublock Origin as an add on and you will never see adverts on Youtube or anywhere else online. Why spend when its free and better
You can also download the Brave browser and use it for Youtube music as you don't have to have the screen open to listen to music. You can close the screen and mucic still plays without adds
