Just watched he'd Sky extended hilights, they show the EMC penalty claim but not the Wright one, which was more of a shout than the EMC one.

Finally caught up on this thread. What an absolute rollercoaster which on the whole reflects the game, tension and the switch from a very poor first half to a much improved second.

You have to feel that result is a real reset for us. After a few weeks of average to poor performances, including the first half today, to come from 1 down in front of a packed ground with a rocking second half atmosphere has to be a massive confidence boost.

My biggest question though; for those at the game how the hell were you able to post on here? Other than the odd minute here or there I had no signal from the moment I ended the fans village pre game!

Over There
I thought the Tats shot was going to at least come back off the post, so well done to Wright. Could be wrong of course.
On the subject of posts - I hope someone has checked that one following the Esse incident. One more smack like that and it might end up in row F.

Just watched the highlights and they refered to Ipswich winning 3 on the spin, the crazy thing is, that still puts them 8 points behind us, so our 'blip' hasn't really hurt us.

Us last 6 W2 L2 D2

Boro W2 L3 D1

Ipswich W4 L1 D1

Now we're back to full strength and fitness, I expect us to pull away again, as Boro and Ipswich have to play each other, and we have more home games than away.

Haven't read the whole of this thread so apologies if it's been said, but genuinely that was a mid-table team we played yesterday. I know they literally are, but that was not a promotion chasing team at all. Lacked any real quality and there are multiple much better sides in the league this year. No chance that lot get close to the play-offs this year.

From what I've seen, it kicked off in Baton Rouge, Hinckley, between Cov and Leicester fans last night. Probably didn't help there were people in there with Cov tops on and singing WLADITT, mind.

Has anyone got a replay of the Wright pen incident? It's not even on the extended highlights

Think the occasion got to us a bit in the first half and Esse looked like he needed bedding in. 2nd half we looked like we were back in our stride. Think the couple of weeks rest for the majority of the squad has done them good

Better atmosphere yesterday but the new drummer is absolutely crap. Doesn’t know hardly any songs, didn’t even try and get an atmosphere going with his drum or any of the classic Leicester songs.

Surely there’s someone else that can take over.

Some interesting scenes leaving the ground yesterday, good to see some good old fashioned toe to toe action in the car park!

I don’t know. Sakamoto made more of an impact when he came on
Nothing like a bit of competition for your place in the 1st team. See also the impact of wolfendon arriving - never played a game but we had 5 clean sheets in a row after that.

How many times has it been this season that we have conceded first?

How many since? Maybe Thomas and Kitch by that point had realised their places were still secure.

You can be over the line if the back of your foot is on it to be fair
Yes thats correct! But Thomas decided to have a dance on the pitch when he did the throw-in. Rewachted the game and I saw 3 definitely where his foot was planted over the line and one of those his backfoot was not on the floor. The assistant refs ain't got a lot to do but surely they can monitor this.
