I didn't say it wasn't priced in?

I simple said the shirt didn't sell well...

That’s a different Q. Was just saying from Monzos POV a short isn’t a huge amount to pay for a lead.

I didn't ask a question 😂 you quoted my original post which was about the shirt not selling well to make your random point which I don't disagree with?

I was just saying just because Monzo are doing it doesn’t mean it’s related to the shirt not selling. Honestly I don’t care that much. Pusb

I thought there was another power outage or a problem paying for stuff about 15 minutes after Halftime, the amount of people that came back with full buckets of grub.

I am amazed they didn’t have more, probably a big discount to get them, say £30 per top but that is pence to acquire and retain customers. Missed an opportunity really

Didn’t bother with it, but I presume you had to open your monzo account beforehand, so they will have acquired a lot of customers who didn't then actually get a shirt, most will I assume not actually do anything with the account, but I suspect some will. Might be an opportunity for them to still get some of those eg spend £200 from the acount in the next month and get a free shirt.

Shame on the idiots that thought a free shirt was worth standing outside for 3 hours on a Saturday morning. Surely your time is worth more than 3 hours stood outside to get a monstrous shirt for free. Quick maths tells you would be better off paying £60 than giving up 3 hours of your time.

Maybe they like the shirt. Quick maths actually tells me 1p is more financially prudent than £60 too.

I heard someone in the club shop moaning because the shirts were advertised as being available from “10am” and she arrived to find a queue. Her daughter had her heart set on getting the shirt.

Firstly, did you really expect to arrive at 10am and just get a shirt ?
Secondly, if it was that important to your daughter, buy one at full price

Madness.

Who's going to pay that? Same price as the shop

There's always retro shirts on there and ebay for £100+ when you can just buy the exact same version from the club shop for £50/60.

Just relying on people not doing online research
