We have to be very happy we're out, surely.

We already know the players have been tired. Now we get time to rest next round and will just have us hyper-focusing on getting out of this bloomin league.

No-one likes losing, but I am very relieved we are done with it
I honestly feel I would have been more concerned if we went through or to extra time.

Well, a very poor game with only one moment of quality.

Andrews, YMH and Esse looked decent.

Time to defrost.

yeah they missed a few good chances in the first half, largely of the making of our makeshift back 4 and we seemed to sort the issues out 2nd half.

I am genuinely concerned about this form, and by how much the goals have dried up.

I don't care about the Cup this year, and if form hadn't been so poor going into this may even be slightly relieved by the result, but following the last few games, feel that it was important to get something from this for moral.
You could tell by the number of changes that Frank wasn't bothered by the result today.
You dont rest Rushworth, JDS, MvE, and Grimes if you want to win the game.

The important thing today was to give the new lads a run out and give Andrews some minutes and not pick up any injuries,
So its mission accomplished.

Well it’s pretty simple, if we’re not getting any defenders in then we need to start scoring again, need torp and Asante back ASAP and hopefully they both stay fit for 20 games, not sure we can just keep hoping wright comes good, he looks done, as good as the new lads look can’t be messing with what’s worked too much, but good we’ve got cover

Im actually really disappointed. I hate fielding weakened teams in the cup. It pisses me off. I like a cup run and it feels like we didn’t try. Deserved to lose but the fault lies with Lampard for not trying. A win would have been better for the general mood. What’s that now, 2 wins in 8? Poor show
I’m the opposite I think the side was to strong they needed a break and at least some have had there feet up.

Really not bothered about losing today but the performances now of the last 9 games have been absolutely abject.
Rubbish. We played really well away at Southampton. We were fine at PNE (and should have won). We were the better side at Blues. The only games we have been the poorer side have been against Ipswich (which is understandable).

Our form is awful, and that has done us no favours
It's a game played mostly by our back ups agaisnt a team of mostly first choice stoke players.

If FL even thought we needed a win to pick up the team today he starts the best XI, he didn't.

Sorry but you are chatting whiff.

Saka , EMC & Rudoni now all have genuine competition for their places. Still would like to see a quality CM arriving , shift out a LB and bring a quality one in.

Positive Wilson kept us in the game for most of the game nothing he can do for that goal. If anything Woolfie needs to do better with the header out.

Esse looks class and Minny looks decent.

Wright, Rudoni, Woolf and Kitch were poor today.

I honestly think we still need a striker, CM and CB in this window.

With Rudoni’s drop in form I think CM defo needed.

13th match today without a goal.
Haji saving it for Leicester
Never been his biggest fan but my faith in him is at an all time low. Simply can't trust him to put a decent effort in. Someone who can hold the ball up would transform us.

bbc saying a very entertaining game... not sure about that.

I thought the whole thing was a bit flat, neither side really deserved to win.

We needed a good performance to get some confidence going, ideally a couple of goals, but we didn't get that at all. No one played that well. Neither one thing nor the other.

I'm gutted, I love the FA Cup.

Of all the games to shit your bed over. Honestly can’t believe it’s happening. We’ve got 20 cup finals coming up and people are moaning about that pisser that’s rightly behind us.
I wish I could say I'm surprised.
