It sucks but to suggest there’s some kind of bias against the team that’s 10 points clear of the playoff places is bizarre.

As others have said, it’s bad luck really. And you would have a hard job convincing me that this team has been hard done by in terms of bad luck overall this season.
Decision wise we have

Not sure it is luck, luck is when we get away with one.

When there are multiple clearcut pens just ignored or waved away it's not bad luck. Refs should be punished really.

I agree. I'm just hoping and praying we get something soon.

Can't wait for the end of season poll of 'Worst decision against us this season'

Even Chatgpt would take a week to process and type it out.

Imagine us feeling lucky that we get a penalty for a clear foul in the opposition box.
I’m not expecting it to make you feel any better about it, but players and referees failing to do routine stuff they’re supposed to do is often a big part of any football game, and sometimes it is just down to bad luck. If you want to assume it’s always down to them being actively shit or deliberately malicious then that’s up to you.

It’s down to staggering incompetence at least.

Can't blame the ref for that performance.
Tonight was Ipswich's cup final, and we totally failed to match them.

I have feared a performance like this has been comming for a few weeks, both strikers are way off form, as is Rudoni, and tonight Torp was very poor and MvE looks like hes been run into the ground

Woolfenden is ok but hes no Thomas, and Brau looked like a rabbit in the headlights at times.

We desperately need BTA back, and the transfer window to open to add some quality in depth.
The performance was crap, we didn't deserve to win, but the referee still made some really poor decisions.

I'd say consistently shit and consistently inconsistent.

I was directly in front of the Wright one.100% penalty, baffling how it wasn't given. He'd have never reached the ball, it was s stupid challenge, but the ball was in play and he was hacked from behind. We were well beaten by a good side tonight, but that was at 0-0 and sneaking that, might have made up for being cheated at their place.

Even worse, after some of the recent decisions against us, it needs addressing with the EFL.

Sometimes it is. But every time?
We can go through each one if you have the inclination to do so. In my view he’s missed a clear sending off and at least two penalties just tonight. Southampton we don’t get another clear penalty and red card. Charlton, same again.

I'd say I'm surprised, but I'm really not. We've had some absolute stinkers not given where penalties are concerned.

I was left wondering by what definition the Wright one couldn't be considered a foul. I'm still wondering now, honestly.

Shall we go through all the passes Grimes misplayed tonight as well and declare him to be incompetent as well?

I wish all refs (and all players) were as consistently good as Grimes but the reality is they’re not, so you either accept that sometimes you will be on the wrong end of that, or you can spend the entire match thread hammering yourself in the face about how it’s all a conspiracy and they should all be sacked tomorrow.

No conspiracy and no one should be sacked but it’s a fucking disgrace that decision tonight

What has our league position or points tally got to do with it?
We're consistently on the wrong end of very poor decisions.
