Rumours right about Bobby and Kitch then, and Saka. . A chance for Woolfenden to lead and stake a claim to a spot. And we see what Lati can do after such a long time out. Hopefully the quality of Lampard & team’s coaching means players come in knowing exactly what to do. Maybe Shepherd gets a few minutes and we see him for the first time

Fuck me this is gonna be a looooong afternoon. Think we can all agree with all of Southamptons attacking stats being as high as they are theyre in a false position in the league. Woolf and Lati are gonna get their pants pulled down by Armstrong, Azaz, and Scienza. Only way to stop that is to use MVEs pace to cover them. But that completely nullifies his attacking threat and without Tats on the right were already weaker there too!

We were always going to have to score 2 or 3 to get a result today, chance for Woolfenden and Lati to stake a claim. Still feeling somewhat confident.

Clutching at straws here but maybe looking at that team sheet will make Doug King realise we have to make some strong signings in January …. If he hasn’t accepted that already
