I get why these lads go and join the big academies but none of them ever seem to progress. If anything, they get even more lost in the system with even less chance of first team football. He’s made the right choice and would be great to see him feature in the cup game.

Either I’m getting older or professional footballers are getting younger. How are we handing out pro contracts to 13 year olds?!

Apparently Man Utd and Arsenal were interested/have made contact with him to kaibosh the deal but he signed for us.

As Cov fans this is the stuff of dreams-lifelong fan offered the chance to sign for Man Utd and Arsenal but turns them down to continue with Coventry City.

Fucking bravo George-well played!

It's about time we started retaining the brightest talents coming through the academy again. Really want to see the lad progress into the first team now.

I wonder how much of his decision is down to Lampard being with the club. Lampards in a great position to improve him as a player, which would be good for his longer term career

There is, and it's a really strange one. Closest to earth on current trajectory on 19 December.

I write current trajectory because there have been serious suggestions that it may be an alien spacecraft of some kind. It's called 3I/Atlas.

How many Angstrom unit's does it pass us by I think we're safe.🤔👀🌎

There's obviously some things to consider if you want and I was a previously fascinated by astronomy, I'm still in the lump of spinning rock and Ice rather than all that hocus Pocus, it's just a chaotic Battery in my mind?

Spoke with someone involved in youth set up. He said shepherd is good but personally thinks Isaac moore is far and away the best prospect we have
Moore is older and currently playing regular football in the national League. Also seems as he’s been in nearly every match day squad and got some minutes, I’d say currently Kai Andrews is our best prospect

Would like to see Shepherd involved towards the end of the season should our fate be decided.

Yeah it wasn't so much a comparison with sheperd rather him just waxing lyrical about Moore as definitely being able to make the grade

But making it for championship team Coventry city is a different kettle of fish to making it for premier rleague Coventry city it should be remembered

Adds a new dimension to it all
