Got to watch Jack Clark next week. He tore us a new one last season. On the bench tonight sounds like he may have a slight ankle injury

Ipswich are like us under Robins last season. Loads of passing sideways and possession but no real threat and getting caught out playing around at the back

Would love Oxford to win, but feel it's inevitable that Ipswich will score at least 1 goal.

lads, they are a good team but for ipswich to catch us they have to be pretty much perfect and we would have to seriously fuck up

Well yeah, but say we lose to Preston, while Ipswich pick up 3 points and then they beat us, they are suddenly only 6 points behind (based on them drawing right now)

It doesn't take much.

A draw against Ipswich would be a great result for us. Keep them at a long arms' length

not that bothered to be fair as we are at a stage where all that matters is what we do, still each to their own
You have to admit this 10 point gap leaves us feeling supremely confident right now. The longer we maintain that, the more the likelihood of not just promotion, but going up as champions

and then we'd have to lose even more games and they'd have to keep winning

you also haven't factored us winning tomorrow into the above

I haven't, because Ipswich had a game in hand.

We are now both on 17 games played. After tomorrow, will have played 18 to their 17.
