He doesn't know anything other than a top level of a football life and the privileges it brings. But always comes across as such a genuine humble fella who explains everything in such a basic simply way. I think he is a really smart intelligent man who we are lucky to have at his time in his management career. We are definitely reaping the rewards of all his past experiences of being a manager.

I Genuinely think he is growing to understand the club, its fans and the scope of what he has took on. He is surprised at what the club means and what it brings out of people if the club gets it right. I think he Knew who we were, but didn't realize what was lying underneath. Im sure he gets it loud and clear now and deserves the plaudits that come his way.

I don't think he will be with us for a long period of time as i get the feeling the big boys or the FA will come knocking soon. Just hope they leave him alone long enough to finish what he came to do.

he seems a really genuine bloke, my only concern for such a top fella is the comb-over that seems to be appearing atop his bonse. Maybe a go fund frank page to get him over to Turkey this summer?

Don't think it's a comb-over; it's the same haircut he's had for his adult life, only now with fewer functioning hair follicles.

I suspect the issue here is that what Frank is seeing is what's staring back at him for the mirror....and if my wife is to be trusted...that's pretty damn fine!! However...sitting up in the stand we are getting a more aerial view and can see the thinning out challenges he is having. Im not calling for attempts to try and fit his name in to the Greggy Downs song....but maybe we could subtly fit "You're Going thin, You're going thin on top. into one of the WLADITT renditions. .

Time for a head shave Frank.
As someone who noticed that i was balding at around 18, it took some courage, but it was one of the best decisions i ever made.
Instant stress relief from all the balding jokes, and never having to worry about windy or rainy weather.
Do it Frank...own it.
