in the richard keys thread,someone mentions TATA as an invester and elenaorrigby replied with,how many corner shops can the ricoh hold?

incase you dont know tata is an indian company,thus the cornershop jibe

i replied calling the comment racist and MY message is remvoed and hers/his remains

lucha probably,pathetic

Why is a poster being criticised for not reporting posts?

Surely it is the moderators job to be identifying and looking out for these, if someone's posts were deleted then it suggests a moderator has already seen the comments and decided to keep the racism up there?

Will this post be deleted?

How long ago was this?

Posters are encouraged to report posts if they offend them as everybody is offended by different things. What offends a mod might not offend everybody else.

If something offends you so much, surely a couple of clicks of the mouse to get it reported isn't too much is it? If people want to throw their toys out of the pram over little things then they should report them, if we moderated every little comment just in case somebody may get offended I may as well close the site.

All the corner shops where I live are owned by white people so no offence caused here.

BTW I hate racist just about anything, but some jokes are funny. Have you ever told an irish joke? If so you have made a racist joke. How much censorship do we need?

I've hit the 'report' button on quite a few posts that I considered abusive.
Posts that say nothing but things like "Fuck off you moron".
I've no idea if any action was taken - I suspect not.

Why is it when you report stuff nothing gets done, then on top of that the same user is back to calling everyone a racist the next day? Yet others get banned for hardly anything

is just making the thread ‘not open for replies’ the best that can happen when you say you want people to die

Why are you on the defensive, I’m trying to be reasonable, I haven’t made a big thread about it.

Clearly nothing is, can guarantee the uproar if I’d said some of that stuff I’d have probably been banned straight away

@Nick will take away access to off topic and make it almost impossible for the site to load on safari if you do nothing wrong, yet others can openly post racist words and still post freely. Guys a fucking clown and hypocrite trying to please some saddos on here
