It’s always a tough game there, I’d be happy to avoid defeat.

Yeah just saying to a few mates down here that I'll take a draw and run.

Just talked one of them into getting a ticket (Pompey fan obvs) and he's got it in the Milton end, same end as us so we're going to meet for a beer beforehand and walk to FP for the match.

I can then flick him the middle finger when Wright hits a 92nd min equaliser, much like I did in the 3-3 about 4 years ago!

Looking at the table there's two amazing things:

* We're top.

* Sheff Utd, Birmingham and Wrexham are in the bottom third.

Magic 👌🏻

Surely us being 4 points clear of 3rd means there are three amazing things?

Away from us im so glad to see mark robins doing well , slowly turning around the sinking ship that was stoke and proving his credentials to his doubters , some of which were our bloody fans that didnt think he could manage without adi viveash , that opinion is being slapped away for the ridiculousness it was .

Big fan of him but hate Stoke with a passion so I’m conflicted. I’d like to see him using them to get a move to a less scummy club.

He was never a bad manager, he was one of our greats but some things just run their course. Doug removed him at the right time and got the replacement bang on. Also yes, Stoke are scummy.

The best manager in my lifetime I would say and one of the best in the club’s history. Near the end though he had simply run out of ideas and was just struggling to gel with the new intake of players in the way Lampard has.

Winning that playoff final would have completed a brilliant story and if he goes on to do it at fucking Stoke, I’ll applaud him but quietly.

Let Portsmouth come at us, gives us more space in midfield. 🤔

I think it was more his back room staff setup. Yes, the players never performed well his 17 games last season, but having lost Lawrence and Vivaesh it is easy to see why MR lost his way.

Just going off a lot of MR's comments on the players I think it was a bit more than that. He'd keep making references to them not being able to take criticism, follow instructions or generally be resilient.
