Which documentary?

I love stuff like that
I can't really remember what it was called as it was last year. Think it was something to do with agents in South London watching loads of games as it's a hotbed of talent then trying to find them clubs. Wimbledon featured quite heavily in one of the Episodes focusing on a right back from the U18's earning a contract and a striker making the first team as none of their strikers could hit a cows arse with a banjo.

Bobby Gould returned to Plough Lane last weekend. Did a bit of reminising about taking the Dons to their F A cup win over "Pool " in 1988.He had a good day by the looks of things.
I know he is not "x" yet see Bassette scored for Belgium under 21's this week.

Brandon Mason, still just 28, now playing for 7th tier Farnham Town. Can watch highlights of his in an FA Cup tie here

Shame as I quite liked him, before he was dropped for McCallum I thought he was one of our best players, wonder if there’s more to his fall down the leagues than meets the eye as he was a good footballer

Looks like he went down the pyramid almost one league per season. Suggests a confidence problem

I know a couple of Watford fans who really rated him. He started 19-20 season well.

Think Robins didn’t fancy him as a LWB once he switched to a back 5 and then just canned him.

Yeah he suffered from the formation switch
He's suffered from a lot more than that since then. I remember thinking he was fairly decent but he only played 36 games for us, maybe he was just playing above himself for a bit and his actual level was significantly lower.

IIRC, McCallum caught himself a big following of PL scouts who were turning up to loads of games shortly after he broke into the side. It wasn’t just Robins who rated him highly.
The weird bit for me was the collapse in Mason’s standing. Was he really so unsuited to WB and how could he not find somewhere to reestablish himself in L1? Someone mentioned confidence being shot. Looks the most obvious answer.

That Rotherham away game 4-0 was the one. Don't think he ever recovered did he?

Mind you mcfadz gave away a pen, scored an og and got sent off didn't heand he bounced back!
