I guess Leicester is a dump and so is Coventry, but at least our county is nice. The West Midlands is grim as you’re not part of Warwickshire anymore.

I won't hide it, I hate them, never old enough to see us play The Villa so for my generation this is our big grudge game - They are Shitehawks who have cheated and financially doped their way to any success they have ever had - couldn't stand the media love in around them when they were good, couldn't stand the Vardy's and couldn't stand Lineker's smug face when they won the league

Good luck with that! I had to take my daughter to a soft play for a 4 yr olds party on Sunday. ALL of the dads were literally lined up against a wall watching the Pompey v Saints match whilst all the mums tended to the kids!

Reading their forum they really are a weird bunch
They pretend to not care but sing a song about us.
They go on like it's our big day out when we sell out away games more often than not.
They go on about how it's a much bigger game for us but they'll absolutely hate it if we should turn them over in their own back yard.
Basically for me it's a local derby which should have an edge and both sets of supporters should give more than a fuck about it.

Depends where they're based I guess, the ones living nearer to Coventry will care more about it than the ones nearer to Nottingham or Derby

2-1 Cov win. Leicester have good individual talents but they're not playing their best stuff at the moment. Lock their wingers down and they don't have much to offer. If you want a look into some deeper stats on their playstyle so far this season give the below a watch...

But I don't think I will ever be able to look past Maddison pulling on their shirt, should be celebrated as the crown jewel in our academy and a proper Cov kid come good but I will never be able to accept him playing for them, I would probably be willing him on like Vik if he hadn't
And it would seem in Monga they took advantage of our turmoil and poached another one from under our noses - He should be playing for us

It genuinely does. You go up to a Castle Donnington, Melton Mowbray, Shepshed etc and they couldn't give a fuck about us. But somewhere like Broughton Astley, Cosby, Whetstone and definitely 'Incklay! etc and it's game on. It would make their season if they beat us.
I class it as derby and would love nothing more to beat them (live in Burbage), but where you are from in Leicestershire is a huge factor on the importance of this game.
