There were cheers for Palmer last season as well as he lined up a free kick they nearly scored from.

Think it spurs him on if anything!

Dwell to long on the ball , be interesting to see if KKH can be as direct as he was in pre season , one touch and cross . Still lacking ruthlessness in the box . Think Brau is going to be a bit of a maverick, seemed to want to be centre forward at times not sure if he knows where he’s meant to be playing never mind us 😂

Show appreciation after the final whistle, not during a game we are trying to win and our ex-player is trying to win for their new team.

Always think clapping an ex-player during a game is fucking weird.

I haven't posted on here in a while but to those saying O'Hare left on a free, he didn't cost us anything.
We should also remember he helped us win a league and get promoted to the championship, how much is that worth to the club.
You may remember him wearing a blue wig and dancing around singing about the city going up.
Booing him while giving Palmer a round of applause is daft.

Welcome back!

Even weirder was that time the crowd started singing Hamer's name when he was in the stand.

Very disrespectful to the players on the pitch

Did he? O'hare joined on a free and left on a free. Kasey Palmer signed for about £1.5m and left for about £1.5m. We didn't make or lose money on either of them.

He didn’t sign for about £1.5m we topped his wages up for a year and he was on £20k/wk

Just finished watching the EFL highlights. Pretty much every goal from open play was from quick direct play and counter attacks, I can't remember one from a headed cross from open play (but I may be wrong), and there were certainly no goals that appeared to be following slow possession with most of the defensive team behind the ball like how we are trying to play.

Everything we do is so slow and ponderous.
Said it before, there were three occasions where Asante was ahead of the defender in the box with the ball coming down. Three times he failed to control properly. We did get it forward quickly then but our striker was not good enough.
Hull parked the bus. You cannot hit them on the break under those circumstance.
Agree, if we play the same away as we did last season, we will have problems..

Anyone think it might be Frank's fault? Playing one up front? I know, the response..we played last yr, when Wright was injured. 532. Won a lot of games. We don't have a *hit* house 9?
