A new signing before 5pm.
GK has joined the U21s from Fulham called Oscar Varney.

Wonder if they don't rate Tyler or Bell or if they'll be out on loan/covering first team and then one of Wilson or Collins to leave

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Wilson starting and bell as back up,
I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Collins. We will find out pre season but assume it will be Wilson and Collins sharing game time.

I'd not only be surprised, but also a little concerned about either our ambition or want happened to our recruitment.
It’s a tricky one, spend money on a keeper we only need until dovins back, seems a bit of a waste, start with Wilson and give bell the cup game against Luton, see what he can do, heard good things about bell,

Get rid of Collins and bring in a short term loan till January.

I wouldn't be suprised to see a loan join on the eve of the first game after his club have had a pre-season to work with him, so I won't hold my breath.

Somebody has to want Collins to make that happen

Obviously didn't rate him then haha

Fulham have a good track record of producing good talent. Players aren't always released because they aren't rated. Sometimes it's just a numbers game like 7 into 5 won't go.

He has to agree to that tho. And he isn't going to give up the wage here for another year is he?
Paying up his contract means he'd get his wages paid for the last year of his contract.

But yes, he'd still have to agree to it,
I'm sure he could find a club in league 1 or 2 though.

Not necessarily. Usually paying off a contract is a mutually agreed amount. He could probably get another club but nowhere near the wage he is on here.
