Literally just finished the second part of Viveash’s interview on That Cov Pod today and it is clear he looks back fondly on 99% of his time with us and was gutted with the way it ended.

Obviously, hope he and Robins take zero points off of us next year but it’s hard not to wish them both well with their respective careers.

With Adi and Rob Edwards I fully expect Boro to be a full on, top-6 contender next season. They've been nearly men for a while but I think these 2 appointments will finally see them as serious contenders. 1 more strong team to overcome

Think we are about to find out if it was Robins or Viveash that was the real power during our rise up the leagues, or if they were only good together.
All those posters who were claiming that Adi was shit and had to go claiming if he was any good he would have got another job please own up now.
Also all you twats that made up all the other bollocks about why he left.
Good luck Adi, although I hope we finish above Boro (and Stoke).

I can't recall reading one post claiming Adi was shit. If you can link one Id be interested to see who held that opinion.

And what happens to them both from here on in won't alter the fact that for several seasons they were both brilliant for us and did more than anyone to rebuild our club.

Amazed at how little due diligence Boro have done on Adi. After all the iTKs on here would have told them ..

1) he can’t deal with young players
2) he doesn’t like the iPad generation of coaches
3) doesn’t value data
4) can’t deal with advice from proven female fitness experts
5) he’s a bully

oh wait maybe some or all of that wasn’t true and in fact he just fell out with his boss who then forced him out of the club unfairly ….

All of this is exactly what he alluded to in the interview.

Only some players, from the new signings.
And someone claimed they'd heard that from a member of the first team squad, can't remember who but it wasn't one of the regular ITKs.

It was much more specific than that …. Big bust up with Thomas, new players feeling his training methods were too tiring, he didn’t agree with advice from data teams on resting players, some target signings were turning us down because he was a bully and word had got around etc etc

Nobody was saying that Robins forced him out against the owners wishes that’s for sure.

It was just a combination of the two. I hope they both do well in their new posts.
