Not too sure about that.

I know that’s why it’s there but everyone is doing business in the window and players are there to be signed including potential targets of ours.

Would still like to see someone coming in before tomorrow evening.

Although it's been quiet so far, it's better than all the info being leaked and transfers falling through/getting hijacked.

I expect they're working overdrive at Ryton. I'm not worried.

If we hit pre-season and haven't signed a player or two then maybe there's something to be concerned about, but I'm sure that won't be the case.

I thought his contract as a player had ended at Manchester City but was now their goalkeeping coach with their under 21's.

IDK, apart from that maybe the obvious,does two more year's or one affect market value in terms of selling heavily all at once, got to be honest I'm quite surprised at retention rates up to now, maybe a we don't have to?

It's entirely possible (take Brau as an example) that deals are being agreed by the club and perspective players whilst Lampard is on holiday and all the deals will be completed when Lampard returns, at which point it's essentially media formalities being completed.

I personally don't think we need a massive overhaul, so I'm not too concerned that we aren't being linked with a plethora of names.
