Always easier to blame someone else or 'the system' though Otis. It helps them sleep better at night thinking they haven't produced a monster.

Ex-wife but yeah, I’m just saying it was days after the arrest and he might still have been in shock and hoping for the best. Otis’ comment made it sound like it was shouted out at sentencing.
