Robins on CWR (1 Viewer)

We were second best
Birmingham fighting for their lives
Expect a response when going for promotion
We started off OK
We were making mistakes from a tactical point of view, foreign to me
They were first and second to the ball
Delivery from set pieces not good enough
Could have taken everybody off at half time
Went a goal down, not getting tight enough to their attacker
If Wright scores the mood changes
Moments didn't come for us
They get a second, we still know we are in the game if we change the momentum
Didnt give ourselves any chance
Set plays kept going to keepers hands
Made some changes that gave us a lift
Pinned them in for 5 minutes
Didnt get our fans involved in the game
Felt really flat
Dont know if FA cup is a distraction
Looked lethargic
Players made strange decisions
Played into their hands
Least we have run in a game
Leeds took a toll on us
Not looking for excuses, looking for reasons
Game too fast for Torp
They were on the front foot and aggressive
Didnt get into space, allowed them to leave their foot in and kick us
Needed to get a grip of the ball was the reason for the changes
Not even thinking about Man Utd, have to digest this game

He sounded a bit lost, a lot of "I don't knows" to be honest.
Sounds like he wasn't expecting the way Birmingham set up.

He sounded fucking clueless today,
Hopefully he's learnt that he needs leaders and fighters, not bottlers who disappear when the going gets tough.

Talk Sport talking about Robins now.

He lost it with the reporter from TS.

What did he react badly to?

He didn't quite lose it listening back but he was properly rude to the reporter.

He's obviously snarky all the time but it was a bit silly.

The question wasn't bad. The guy just asked if there's anything to take from the second half.

Just had top 6 hopes ended by a piss poor Birmingham side because at least 9 of the starting 11 today couldn't be arsed. Wouldn't have much time for a journo asking about the second half in such a case in his position either

A Talk Sport reporter interviewed him and Robins got arsey and walked off. The question wasn't too bad. Basically asked him if there's anything to take from the second half into Wembley.
That's a stupid question to be fair to him

But to walk off from a major news outlet isn't great really. It's the start of a lot of press appearances this week.
Said outlet is lucky to be getting an interview at all after today's pile of utter shit. At least give him a bit more time before he answers inane questions mostly from people who've never kicked a ball professionally but get paid to pontificate about the game anyway.

It’s a perfectly reasonable, if not downright obvious question
So after a game where your team loses 3-0 and mostly offers fuck all throughout the whole match, a reporter feels the need to ask if you can take anything from the second half? If he watched the game, he already had his answer-no there wasn't.

Funnily enough, a reporter from a national broadcaster who’s interviewing the manager of a team with seemingly no games of note left to play except for an FA Cup semifinal next week may choose to ask a question about it, yes.

So ask something more insightful then?

He didn't really, he sounded like he couldn't understand why players didn't do what they were supposed to

Sounded like he didn't know his own players, which is a worry.
Next week's game at Wembley means fuck all. Its getting out of this league that matters, and this shower of shit let MR and the fans down today.

I'd sooner of won today than next week.
