I think they’re waiting on some England posts opening up - they’ve got the golden path in leading England to major tournament glory.

Judging by the goals the other night and against Cardiff I think the post has already been filled...

From a staff recruitment point of view, MR seems to have got it right more often than not. When the unfortunate Steve Taylor had to leave, it was a masterstroke convincing Viveash to come. And look how much the players adored Dennis Lawrence. The same as any job, in some ways - recruit the right people around you, and the work becomes easier and more enjoyable.

Likely to be more choice in the summer.

John Dempster from the academy is filling in until the end of the season. Then they'll look for a new coach over the summer.

As long as who we get isn't from Rotherham FC

Would like to see if John Dempster could possibly fill the role. He is/was a centre back.

Head of Performance which will be more down to analysis and getting the most out of players fitness wise I think
