On Twitter, the handle 'hardestgeezer'. Russ Cook is on day 360 and final day if running the entire length of Africa for charity

He's been robbed and held at gunpoint in Angola, seperated from his team in the jungle, and pissed blood for days on end

Yet somehow, he has ran over 16000 kilometres to become the first man in history to ever do it

Been following him from about day 30 thinking theres no way he does it.

Anyone else seen him? Some human feat

I've heard about it but haven't followed it, sounds interesting.
I once read a book about 3 lads who bought the Goodies bike from a BBC prop sale and rode across Africa on it and that was a great tale.

For those who know the term, he seems to me to be a prime Milkshake Duck candidate

Don't know how legit this is but it wouldn't surprise me. The bloke is definitely a bit unhinged somehow. Apparently a documentary coming at some point which will be a great watch.
