Nah, it is a shit move.
We pay his wages and he hasn't been good enough. If he was getting criticism and it wasn't deserved you could defend it a bit. Even Godden, who I usually defend to the hilt, pissed me off when he did it. He hadn't been playing well at the time (despite his previous goal record), and he should be above doing stuff like that too. We are a great bunch of fans and get behind the team really well. There's no need.

One of those games. Just about grabbed a draw. Main points - bizarre replacing Sheaf with Latibeaudiere. If Torp can’t do 80 I’d rather have seen Allen. Simms starts ahead of Godden just on presence alone but that’s about it. Kitching superb. Sakamoto and Van Ewijk v good. Torp will be a big addition when fit.

I don't mind what he does to celebrate.
His goals have been few and far between, so if that goal gives him a boost and he kicks on then great.
He's had some proper stick, and it's been deserved imo, but if he wants to do that when he does score I'm sure we can take it.
Let's hope we see it a bit more often.

A draw, given how we played and how Brizzle pushed us hard all the way to the end, is a fair result. Other teams would’ve wasted time and tried to see that out.
