Our form is bad.

If we have playoff ambitions then this has to change.

Ultimately struggled against some of the better teams and lacklustre against the rubbish like Birmingham.

If the fixtures are tough it’s because we’re playing teams that are better than us meaning we’re not a top 6 team.

Draws are good isolation but we need wins for playoffs.

If the fixtures are tough its because we're playing teams that are better than us?? Based on what?

We need to up the quality of our midfield atm its adequate and got us to top 6ish but if we're to push on we definitely need to improve our final ball, our approach play is good but then get let down in the last 3rd

But that's clearly not the case in this league, all games are tough.
Games are tough if we set up to make them tough.

This is the worst standard Championship there has been for many a year. Fulham and Bournemouth (although they’re showing signs of weakness) and that’s it.

West Brom aren’t a good side. They just did was what needed to beat a shocking Robins team selection today.

As posted in the match thread

Our current form:

Last 6 17th in the league
Last 8 15th in the league
Last 10 19th in the league
Last 12 19th in the league

This is bigger than a blip, 12 games is more than quater of a season.

I feel like belief is so important to how this team performs. When it disappears they look half beaten from kick off.

Was thinking the other day, how many of our ex players go on to even maintain the level we were at? Most seem to drop off to obscurity lower down. Suggests our strength is getting the most from weaker players and team spirit. Both very fragile and our off game, as we saw today, is miles off the quality needed to tread water in this division.

Still fuming at some of those passes today.

Think it shows how sorely Robins needs some help in the transfer market. Especially at AM we are wafer thin.

You would think all the previous late drama would give them the belief that, keep going and they will get something when going behind. When Faz scored I almost expected a second, despite how poor we'd been. Has something gone on to knock them down mentally prior to the game?

If illness has been through the camp perhaps that did something. More on about how we start games especially against ‘good’ sides.

I did think and say that if we scored one we’d likely get another, but you can only pull off late comebacks so many times. We haven’t looked the same since Fulham in all honesty which seems to me to be down to a drop in intensity and over time, confidence.

yeah no shit. We're not a top 6 side. If we finish near there, it shows how well they've done.
