Did I just hear correctly that Mark- Jordan Shipleys dad, criticised Robins on text for not making changes!!!!
Said if you haven't got players on there to change the game, at least make changes to protect it!!... did I hear that right.... can anybody back me up here!!??

....he's not sounding too pissed off....
Sounds disappointed though....
Saying we didn't have any luck, actually saying Saturday is a big game.
Saying we fought tonight.
Well produce performances in upcoming games.
Looked to try and build to win game 2nd half.
Delivery for 1st "right on the money".... disappointing we did not get 1st contact.
2nd knocked the stuffing out of us.
12 games...got to pick points up.
We are a decent team
Keep going in the same vein and we'll pick points up...

Be much better for him to come on and slate the whole team publicly

I’d be so pissed off if I were him. He’s been so clear what the limitations are and what success looks like. Maybe we just aren’t aware

Didn’t sound pissed off at all with that tbh way I heard it

worrying

Could be overcompensating to not get angry and sounding too placid.

May have give them a bollocking in the changing room but really not considered good man management to do it publicly. Show a united front - if you show signs of distrust or friction within the camp it's pretty much game over. It'll be pounced on by fans/media and used by opponents to gee up their players.

Robins bit of a broken record with the issues now but he should have tried to do something with the subs even if they’re not the same quality as Boro.

Think he's just trying to be positive and not obliterate the players confidence further tbh. Especially as the next few games are so important

Ofcourse. Everyone's confidence at the bottom 6/7 teams is very fragile indeed.
Derby just lost 4 nil!

Rotherham and and Shef Wed on terrible losing sequences.

Our confidence just has to be better than theirs.

Oh for an Ian Gibson.

We lacked any quality going forward resulting in no shots on target. That’s simply not good enough at home and in current position. I know Robins will be fully aware of this but he’s not going to publicly criticise the players because like it or not this is the hand he’s been dealt and these are the players with which we’ll either sink or swim. Come on you Skyblues.

Yes I agree entirely, our weaknesses have been there for all to see from day one. Max and Baka will give you effort but so would I and I’m not good enough. The jury’s still out on Walker but I’m yet to be overly impressed. If Godden returns there’ll but an awful lot of expectation that he’ll become our saviour, let’s hope he’s fit enough for the fight.

No shots on target at “home” really does tell it’s own sorry story.
We might aswell be playing John Gayle upfront at the minute.

Why do you 5hink we signed a Brighton U23?
Here's a clue - money.
There are things Robins can be criticised for but not being able to sort out our striker issues when he's operating on a shoestring isn't one.

To some extent I could agree. But when you go a goal down with eight minutes to go and you’ve left two players on up front, one who was largely invisible and the other has one goal in his last 18 games, it might make sense to try and switch it up to grab an equaliser. Pull a centre back off and stick another striker up front. It’s crude and it may well not have worked, but at least try

I agree in general but just imagine Robins and Viveash saying we need to make a change upfront and then sees our bench is more toothless than we have on the pitch so thought fuck it

I don't understand why people are confident that we'll stay up, and assume that we'll just pick up wins against Wycombe, Rotherham etc.
Watching our recent games heavily suggests otherwise.
I'm deeply concerned and very sad.

We can’t affect it in any way so go with the ride.
