Fair enough, I think he’s a decent League 2 player and would do a job as a back up in League 1, but he’s miles off our current level.

We are so one sided it’s ridiculous. Even when we have both sides of wingbacks fully fit we only seam to play down one side.

We would have been better off not having wingbacks tonight as Shipley doesn’t have the experience or pace.

They clearly knew all our attack would comedown the right so doubled up on Dacosta when they could.

Yep no left side at all. Ironic Shipley was known as a creative goal scoring midfielder before this season yet given a licence to bomb forward and at times tonight he looked quite happy hiding on half way.

My real bug bear was their first. I think that's the most angry I've been at conceding a goal. MR better shown them that back a thousand times tomorow. Dacosta was basically in on goal and fucking Allen and o hare played a game of hot potato with it. Why does no one in our team have composure or awareness.

Cantwell ran that game. He held on when he needed to, he played with short annd quick when he needed to. He coulld beat a man or play it long. Right option every time. Our midfield were miles behind, prices or not 3 of our cms couldn't get anywhere near him

That's the thing with O'hare especially he gets places and reads the game better than most of our other players. If only he could finish things off.

But then if he had that in his game already there is no way Villa would have let him go.
