Not really, he's definitely on some sort of substances. It definitely wouldn't have gone on food, which is what he said it was for.

Him and his mum work here, we work in Bournemouth town centre and they all know the smack heads roaming around outside the office building.

OK, fair enough.

Just started a new job at a company. New lad started a week after me, privately messaged me on Whatsapp via our work's group chat asking for £10/15 til next Friday. Genuinely have no money to lend anyway, but turns out he messaged most people on the group chat, cheeky bugger.

If it’s for food put a reduced cheese sandwich from Aldi or somewhere on his desk

Always taught to respect money and ensure i don’t waste it, something that has kept with me forever. If I don’t have it, I won’t spend it. Only ever debt I have had is the mortgage but equally happy to spend on whatever I want if it’s in the bank. Lent money to family before but again never really expected it back. Not really ever had the problem of lending large cash to friends or colleagues apart from the odd 20.

i think what pisses me off is you see People complain about being skint etc but then they are the first out on the lash or expensive kit, holidays etc.
