Yes ROS. I was initially in the Vikings and had great fun attacking boards all over Rivals. Quite a few were GMKers but also some Albion lads along with Jaded Yeller from Norwich and an outrageously funny guy from Man City called Paul_Dickov. Think we used to use the MK Don's board to exchange messages and tactics as just nobody else used it. Funniest takeover I can remember was actually taking control of the very well used Ipswich board, TWTD. As fast as their moderator was banning our members, we were individually coming back with more characters. As Smiles alluded to, other non-football sites came in for attention, in particular, the Dave Clark Five fans website ! I met up with Smiles when we played at the Emirates in that 6-1 league cup defeat and enjoyed a few pre-match beers discussing the Vikings. I'd long left the group and was amazed as anyone that they'd had a good go at disrupting the KKK website. I believe he said there were death threats coming out of the USA at one stage !

Been doing some digging and it looks like SkyBlueUltra was on West Terrace messageboard. Didn't go on there myself, but I was aware of his work through the rivals network, and this particular match preview when we played Portsmouth some time back:

Pumpadon not ferry brite and forgettings to brings wimmin wiv him so in end thems has havings sexy time wiv Buck. Crazed half goat mutants was borned. Part off modern Portmouth is name Buckland after them. These mutants was finally distroys by army form Sotonampton in 1295. Sneeky sotan army dressings as female goat and stickings razor blade in lady part insertshun hole. When mutants tries to gift them one them havings nasty shock! Soton army thems finishing them off by pefoamings MORRIS DANCING and makings them watch. Mutants top themself rather than havings sore winky AND havings to watch wiredos dance!
Diss why pumpy and soton not licks each other mutch.

Pumpy is in boat moors next to us at canal basin in town. Diffrence is thems is sinkings bit kwiker than our one. Thems god deducts -10 point cuz them in catstration. This maked them bottom off table and gifting hope to team lick us.

Ha..it certainly was. I'm sure there was some overlap with GMK, and I know there is a few on here now....but i doubt many would admit to it :emoji_zipper_mouth:

It was like the wild fucking west on occasion......full of characters, many of whom in real life were larger than their online personas....

The private rooms were proper mental......and often massively illegal! Drug trades, counterfeit printing presses, hoolie meet-ups, horrendously messy away day piss-ups, dodgy motors, ropey porn & a liberal sprinkling of utter head-the-balls

I met up with a few of them on away days over several seasons..... Couldn't drink anywhere near that much these days......or run that fast.

he once told a story about going to see the wrestling in Bournemouth and getting locked in the toilets or something similar, he was a great story teller alright

Yeah, I seem to remember something about that, he did have some cracking stories. he was also top class on other teams forums.
