1. Racism won't be tolerated, some of the posts over the last few days have been nothing other than disgusting.
2. It's a football forum, if people want to play silly games and bicker about politics then this may not be the best forum for it.
3. Avatars, people will be getting a message to change them or lose the ability to have them. As number 2, it's a football forum. If you want to put up an Avatar just to get a reaction then you won't have one.
4. The reporting function on here really isn't the best, they don't show up when using the phone or Tapatalk so sometimes they don't get seen or get lost amongst everything out. If you spot something then feel free to drop a PM to get it looked at as quickly as possible. (This isn't for petty bickering).

This. As Shmeee mentioned, there's a place for a political debate on this forum. Every thread relating to a new signing/award vote/boat to Charlton diverting to political point scoring is boring. Plus, those of us who don't bother with the endless political threads miss out on loads of context and I'm getting FOMO.

The main change is it’s become more of a twitter style of behaviour - it actually started on the football threads before the politics element took off

I changed my avatar because Nick sent me a very nice request to do so. Yes, it may have deemed political to some, but I felt it represented a part of my family history. Anyway, I was happy to change it. :emoji_relieved:
