The kick off time for the first meeting keeps getting pushed back.
Wouldn't be surprised if the 2nd one gets postponed until later in the week.

Most clubs arent attending - most votes will be in already and the leaks suggest it’s going to be the EFL proposal that’s approved - the afternoon vote may be closer but it’s been dragged out you’d think to prevent a restart rather than encourage one
