I know there has been some criticism that people have been wasting time and equipment but Sarah Jarvis the TV GP said if it’s difficulty breathing it’s a symptom that you should go straight through to 999 and bypass the 111

Do-do chesteze tablets can offer some relief. I got caught short once on a weekend break with no inhalers miles from home. Something irritated my chest (a particular type of pollen I think) and I went to a local pharmacy and they recommended them. Not as effective as an inhaler but they took the edge off enough so I could sleep at night and not have to abandon a romantic weekend with my then girlfriend to go back home all because I forgot to pick up an inhaler.

It’s not serious enough for 999 yet, I’m still functioning, still working full time, just tired and have to mute my mike on Zoom calls.

Hot shower usually works for me mate steam is good for the chest try that worst case as said call 101 as for out of hours GP Presdelone 5mg steroid tablets will calm it you may need an asthma test mate and prescription don’t sit on it mate as if your coughing constantly it’s not under control

I hear you. But also I’m a typical bloke who won’t go to a doctor until he’s literally dead. I just thought I’m probably still registered at my old GP in Holbrooks so gonna give them a call when they open Monday and see what’s what. Dont worry about me guys, when I stop posting here you’ll know it’s serious :p

I agree. On my daily run at the memorial park I'm still seeing gangs of Asian and eastern European men. I guess there just all exercising in Jean's then.

No ones taking it seriously. People I know in Canley (white British people in case that matters) all think it’s a government plot and aren’t paying any attention to lockdown.

Yes I know. I've got mates in canley who just dont give a fuck. Unfortunately masses of white born and bred benefit vultures dont get the message either.
I've mentioned white. Is that racist?

It’s a culture problem. Same reason white British boys do so badly at school. It’s a culture problem for Eastern European and Muslim groups as well. Same as it was when Bangladeshi girls were the worst at school and it was about attitudes to girls education.

How you raise that these days without being racist is beyond me TBH. Every culture has its issues, what do you do when they become big enough to be a problem to everyone else I don’t know.
