This is the reward for winning all those games when it appeared we were treading water and almost having to win to stay in touch. It had to open up at some point as teams faced us, each other or had a dip in form.

We never created this rivalry, it’s weird how they are so angry against us and I’m glad the results went perfectly for us but I do feel sorry for the fans who travelled down for that today, away end looks full, we’ve all had those long trips back after a demoralising defeat, they really test your loyalty and sanity as a fan.
You're far too nice a person MMJ, I'd like to be more like you, although sometimes those who seem to nice are actually good at hiding the fact they're serial killers :)

Have to agree with you. Elated for us...both their result and the one at Portsmouth go our way....but do feel a little sympathy for those with the long drive home after what by all accounts was an embarrassingly poor performance.

5 wins will take us to 82 points.

Anyone from current 3rd place down will require 22 points from 9 games to equal that. That's some going by anyone.

Keep going.

thats 7 out of 9 games teams will have to win.

Watch out for Wycombe. They have 2 games in hand on the playoff pack

Fleetwood and Oxford will be our main rivals I think. Fleetwood only won 2 of the last 5 but have got 9 points from a difficult set of fixtures.
Rotherham and Sunderland won 1 of the last 5, Portsmouth won 2 of the last 5. Wycombe won 3 of the last 5 but lost the other 2

And for all those who were asking earlier :

Horsham FC 0-2 Bognor Regis FC

Kelty Hearts 2-2 BSC Glasgow

Dagenham & Redbridge FC 1-2 Flyde FC

:D

As long as we can keep grinding out wins we will be ok. Each game as it comes, each match a cup final!

A tough day on Saturday now. Teams at the top not really playing each other so we have to pick up the three points expecting the others to do the same. If any of them drop points it will be a bonus.

We don't have rivals anymore. They can all fight for 2nd

Good fightback from Kelty.

Apparently a last minute equaliser from the Hearts. Will do their promotion prospects good. And Fylde move closer to safety from relegation.

No team from 3rd down can get more than 87 points, Sunderland can only get 83, and would need to win all their remaining games to have a chance of autos.
