Attendance Last Night (1 Viewer)

Thought it was good, for a Tuesday night. I was sat in corner and they opened up 2 blocks along. Made the atmosphere so much better. If we can get 7-8k home (and increase) they should let us move round regular.
Just something about being behind the goal that increases the noise.

Yep - the team must have been aware of it - I know I was. First time I have been aware of two parts of the home fans singing (a bit out of synch) and it helped make for a buzzing atmosphere.

I was suprised the Rotherham attendance was as much as it was. Didnt look over a thousand to me.

Was stood in T17 in the corner. Was some good noise from around there, seemed like a fair few newcomers in that area (by they way they were talking etc).
What I did really like was the verbal uproar for every decision. We haven't really got that during the Ricoh era before. Must be intimidating for officials and oppo players. Need more of that, any advantage we can get.

Definitely thought there were over 10k there last night

Definitely not. Could see from the highlights plenty empty seats down the front bits.

Compare that to when we played Birmingham away in the cup and they didn't really have an empty seat in the Kop.

Good atmosphere last night. Opening the corner up help as the noisy ones amongst us (not me - too old). Gravitated towards it. Would be good if that happened for Sunday

I thought they would have brought more than they did, being top and all. There’s something about a night game to promote the atmosphere isn’t there?

It's a moot point due to declining numbers
But the debate on singers corner didn't convince me ,when the CT was open

I think it was higher than they said, how would they know as they weren't giving out tickets where I went in, the guy was just taking cash and letting us in.

A lot of those would be ST holders though and would still count even if not attending.
I had a few no shows round by me. Mainly people who bring kids.
Thought they might be there as it's half term but perhaps the westher was a factor.
My son didn't go either due to work but would still count as present.

I didn't sit in my normal season ticket seat as it's quite low and with the dodgy weather and 8 year old in tow we opted for a seat higher up!
Also being from Bedworth our kids aren't off school at the minute!
