For the phone in tonight can as many people as possible phone in, text in, email in, tweet, Facebook etc. regarding the Wasps indemnity and how unreasonable and unjust it is.

We can’t let this one go and the phone in is the ideal opportunity to make some noise.

What FB page would we mention it on? As I'm not local (and less clued up than others), I wouldn't call in but happy to bombard via social media.

Please please people contact the phone in and give them hell over the indemnity.

We left the EU and their jurisdiction, and when the transition ends in December it will no longer be a case for them to make a call.
So this indemnity clause WASP are arguing over is a moot point.
Everyone just needs to get in a room and sort out a deal to be back at the Ricoh. It is in everyone's interest and benefits WASP, CCFC and Coventry as they become the city of culture next year. Pomotion can only enhance everyon'es prospects. I have always maintained SISU will be out once they get back to the championship.

I’m not sure that’s correct is it, I was under the impression that all complaints raised
With the European courts before our withdrawal, would be seen through whatever
The outcome of Brexit.
Could in fact work against us time wise, can’t really see our EU cousins looking at
Our (or any other British case sitting on their desk) with any sense of good will ‘and
More importantly urgency.

That would only happen if we crash out with no deal and no intention of making a deal in the future. Any other scenario will mean the relevant EU laws and regulations at the time still apply.

The Prime minister has stated just last week when Barnier mentioned wanting some control in the EU courts, that there would be absolutely no rule over our laws from Europe, and this would end and to all intents and purposes has already.
We left the EU for many reasons one of them exactly this one. If they can get the complaint dealt with before December 31st then WASP may have slight concern but that is highly unlikely. There is no longer the will to interfere in British affairs from Europe while in the transition phase.

I’m not sure you’re right about this ‘and if there is one man I would be reluctant to take
the word of ‘it would be our Prime Minister.

Apologies as off topic, but how did Wasps manage to beat Sarscens 60 - 10 last night? Are Saracens fielding a weakened team or is Wasps new coach a genius? (I hope it is the former).

Saracens played a youth/reserve side.
Saracens are going down no matter what. Why not blood a few youth players as theyll probably be needed next season.
On a separate note, I bought tickets for Saracens v Harlequins at Spurs new ground next month. Absolutely pointless trip now but at least a chance to experience the stadium without paying Premiership prices.

Remember we are in a transition period and don't actually leave until 1 January 2021. By then I would expect the EC to have decided if they wish to proceed or not. If they do then, in line with the UK's stated position below, it would remain with the CJEU.
The UK recognises that beyond a certain point in proceedings, where considerable time and resources have been invested in CJEU proceedings, it may well be right that such cases continue to a CJEU decision.

Agree with what you are intmating from that statement, but the key word there Chief is 'may'. Add to that the will to proceed and get any decision binding. It's just never going to happen.
Defend it all you will with as much ambiguity as you like, it's still a moot point..

Sarries are concentrating on going down as European Champions if they can, to cock a snook at everyone.
Why should they give a shit about the Prem now?
Very weak side last night, and really not up for it.
Shame, but can't blame them.
