Just had a look on their forum and they know they're in trouble. Made very satisfying reading to me. Apologies if posted before.

DrunkenWasps.com - How is this for a scenario?

I'm pretty sure it's correct that we earn more from the Ricoh now that CCFC aren't there due it being available for other things.
Can anyone name a single event that's taken place at the Ricoh that wouldn't still have taken place if we'd have been playing there? They were happily shifting our games to Friday night or any other time to suit events they had on even before we moved.

Les Reid should do a book and have the launch there. The conflict of Wasps’ fans being able to celebrate having an event there but it being from him would be a joy.

At a club that is currently in disarray itself (and short of its international contingent - moreso than Wasps) it probably is.
What sort of team have Saracens been putting out Kneeza? Saw they won the last game.... are they going to rock up on Friday with the youth team or will they be competitive enough to beat Wasps?......
Is there the likelihood that the Wasps fans are going to be celebrating an amazing win against the Euro Champs ...but in reality it will be the reserves/kids?
Also, is this likely to be less of a draw to those attending in light of recent events?

Obviously hoping for a defeat and a low crowd!

If I was Saracens I'd be putting out my best team one game then kids another, tell the players to just stand there for another game. Make a mockery of the whole thing. I can't believe they're just going to take this lying down without another plan.

This just cropped up on my twitter.
Had a look at the FB page. Well worth looking at it.
Russ is doing a great job. Got a sniff that deal is "not right" and is chasing it!...
Worth looking at the FB page!

It's already a mockery! Everybody who played them before the second deduction/relegation would have been in a full on competitive game.
Now, there is nothing at all to play for for them in any of their games.
PL Rugby shat themselves when it looked like Saracens would overturn 35pt deduction. They then relegated them, but realised that they might not finish bottom and would have to make a decision about a team finishing bottom NOT being relegated, so whacked another 70 odd points on their deduction.
Joke.
Think they won their last Prem game at the weekend, so will hopefully be competitive Vs Wasps on Friday.

Wonder what their player means by "things need to fully come out".

Can you imagine if one of our players said that? There would be a week of top stories in the telegraph.

There are all sorts of rumours about bonuses left unpaid

The training ground fiasco

Budget cuts with the club operating well below the salary cap and further cuts to come

It’s all imploding in slow motion.... our role in all this is to just simply look on with broad unsympathetic grins.....

Interestingly enough, Sarries have been right on it for most of their games, even after the relegation was confirmed.

I think they’re playing with an angry, screw ‘em all, kind of siege mentality, and they’re tough to beat at the best of times (even without their England contingent). I’d be surprised if Wasps get much out of them.

Apologies but what has one of the wasps ‘players’ been saying?
Joe Launchbury calls on Wasps to respect Dai Young after boss was axed amid financial difficulties | Daily Mail Online

'It was a big shock,' said the 63-cap second-row.

'He's been pretty much the main constant throughout my career. We've been through some great highs and some lows.

'It has been a fantastic journey to be on. I still don't know exactly what will happen but whatever does, he's obviously been a huge part of the club over the last 10 years and a lot of the success is down to him.

'The last couple of years have not quite gone how we wanted but Dai has been front and centre, taking the flak for it all really.

'There are certain things that need to fully come out.

Basically reads like Dai Young is the fall guy and there is more to come out about it.

Today:

Wasps star calls for full story to 'come out' after Dai Young axing
England lock and Wasps skipper Joe Launchbury has paid tribute to axed coach Dai Young.

The former Welsh prop has had first-team duties taken away from him as the club as the club battles financial difficulties, a player exodus and a downturn in results.

Launchbury said:

“It was a big shock.

“He’s been pretty much the main constant throughout my career. We’ve been through some great highs and some lows.

“There are certain things that need to fully come out.

“It is owed to him as a man and for what he’s done for the club to fully work itself out.

“Whether than means him staying or moving on, the one thing I know needs to happen is that it needs to be fully respectful of him and all he’s achieved as a club.”

  • Wasps are due to hold a press conference later today, which we’ll be bringing you the latest news from.

They will put out a team, minus their internationals, that will compete well. It certainly wont be a crowd puller thank goodness, but Sarries have a point to prove and I hope they stuff Wasps.

I wonder if and when the Wasps Coventry episode/chapter comes to an end what organisations like the council and the telegraph will do with their 30 pieces of silver.... and how people of a Sky Blue persuasion will view them.
