Appears to be sold out. Anyone know if we’re getting more tickets?

Yep-new block opening up tomorrow apparently. Initial allocation of just under 1000 all gone. Was told only 500 had gone on Friday but I guess the Southend result has persuaded a few more.

If required they'll give the whole stand over, which I think is about 3,800. I think they'll all be snapped up, which means in all likelihood we will outnumber them in Spotland, they pull in about 2,000-2,500 per home game.

Hate to be negative but there is absolutely zero chance we’re selling 3,800 for this. We might not even sell the rest of this 2000 allocation. The games in 4 days.

Yep, with so many games bunched together in a short space of time it will obviously hit people in the pocket so will be a case of pick and choose. 2000 would be a great effort.

I have a feeling we'll hit 2k quite comfortably, gunna be a great atmosphere

Having sold 500ish yesterday, it'd be disappointing to only sell another 250 between now and Saturday

I think the demand would have been higher yesterday so the sales are likely to edge along now. I may be wrong, any less than 2,000 would be a little disappointing.

I honestly don't understand why people are so negative about our support saying we'll struggle to sell 2,000
To be fair I've just read back and no ones said we would struggle to do 2000, one person said we may not sell 2000. Most people are saying given that the games 4 days away and we're 600 of that figure, hitting 2000 would be an achievement.

Talking of tickets, I also promised my son we would go to Ipswich. Bloody hell, it's expensive.

We've been taking between 1200 & 1800 all season so its pretty much running with that.
Really don't get why people were thinking we'd take 3500.
I didn't think we'd take anywhere near 3500 but I thought with our current run and position we would have done this second allocation and be pushing past 2k

Yeah, that was never going to happen. As I said above, I expected it to be about 2000 and it is a decent following, but must admit, we're joint top with a game in hand with 7 away days to go. It would have been nice to have a bigger take up. You can usually tell within the first day or two on sale to ST holders if it's going to be a big sale. Despite all the 'away day only' crowd, most the sales are coming from the ST period, whether that is people getting them through other people or not, I don't know.

Poor following in the circumstances..

I said the other day, we've sold out away ends much bigger than this over the past 5 years when we've had absolutely nothing to play for.

We are in the best position in 10 years, playing some properly decent football and are struggling to sell 2000 tickets.

Add to that, there are still many supporters who have missed most home games this season.

So when you said “currently but we could get upto 3800 i think.” you really meant you didn’t think we’d take anywhere near 3500 ?

One thing possibly affecting this is the number of games folk have had to fork out for lately (and coming up). Still think we'll have 2,000 there, but every man and his dog should be doing whatever they can to get to games and get the lads over the line.

Some asked what the allocation was not how many I thought we'd bring you odd ball, that away stand can get 3800. If you bother to read up I wrote that id be happy if we sold this second allocation and 2k would be an achievement.
