It’s pretty much an U23 team and not the ones we’ve fielded before with a 29 year old who’s our top goal scorer at that level.
We haven’t scored for 3 games now - second top goal scorer has 3 goals so it’s not hard to see why they’re not doing as well

Assuming one of the advanced midfield roles or number 10 as he’s played there in previous games this is where I see him now playing for us.

He’s only 22 and played about ten games since he was 20.

I think Jones has a role to play between now and the end of the season. I’m surprised he’s not scored but better days says his performances are improving each game. I’d be surprised if he didn’t get game time against Southend and or Rochdale and then it’s anyone’s guess. A fit jodi Jones for the last 10 games may make a difference to where we finish

He obviously has to get his mind right and trust his acl again that will be harder than getting fit

He stood out second half and looked very like his old self
First half didn't get enough of the ball as we were against a gale force wind
He's much stronger now so it's possible he will actually improve on his 20 year old version
Time will tell
