Good for the bank balance / bad for the goal difference (their 2nd string would win The Championship). Reckon Blues will not field a strong team now.
They will go second string for sure like they did at Brentford. Not sure the team that sneaked past a Brentford team with 9 changes to it would win the championship.

Great draw. We'll get beat no doubt but nobody would expect anything else, and most teams left in the draw would beat us anyway. Chance for a 4.5K following that will be rocking. And anyway, you never know, just how sweet would that be

The prospect of getting battered by Leicester reserves isn’t too appealing tbh. At least we’d make a fair bit out of it.

If we beat brum we’ll need some lube for the pasting we’ll get at Leicester

Yep, although, if they get there, the EFL cup final is the weekend before. Hopefully all the squad are still drunk when we play them. Blues fans on their forum already saying that they should put second string out against us in the replay, as they don't fancy the draw.

Would we?

most likely be cheaper tickets as their fans won’t be that interested. Unless we get chosen for tv the only positive I can see for this is that it isn’t far for Cov based fans midweek.

Don't fancy getting battered off the pitch either, bound to be trouble unfortunately.

If roles were reversed I think we'd want to smash the hell out of them

We'd get a winners cheque for Round 4, plus still be in for a share of the 250k furthest L1 teams, on top of gate receipts.

Maddison won't play. They had 30k there for the Wigan game. The club will get circa £350k from the game if we can beat Blues. Not to be sniffed at - and still a remote chance of progressing if they play their reserves as expected.
