Klopp not taking charge of the replay and is using the team that lost 5-0 to villa

Because it’s about as neutral as Wembley was for spurs. Apart from our third round game we might as well have played every game away
Leeds to Sheffield - 1 hour
Coventry to Sheffield - 1.5 hours

Where should it have been played instead, Chesterfield?

I like Klopp but disappointed by his comments.

What an insult to Shrewsbury that deserved to win it in the second half. I wonder if it would've been the same if they drew to Man Utd

No one seems to be taking the Liverpool thing with the full story...The Premier League have insisted that ALL players take the winter break. As in, it's mandatory so they don't have much choice. It's not quite as simple as him going "Ah fuck it"

I don't get it, the premier League have said players can't play and he can't manage the team?

Apparently the PL have said the break is mandatory and have asked all clubs to play in other games or arrange any friendlies.

The break falls so that each team get two weeks off but the way they have staggered it means there will still be PL games both Saturdays.

But what jurisdiction do the PL have to enforce those rules? It's anti-competition and not under their control. Only thing they could possibly enforce it saying no players can play in PREMIER LEAGUE games. I'd be suing them if I were the FA or the cup sponsors.

As I've said before the teams that might require a break are those in Europe, but they got huge squads and could field three or four separate teams at a time from their pro ranks. That is the cost of success. Teams that aren't in Europe haven't played as many games as we have and rather than a break a lot of our teams are heading into fixture congestion and are likely to suffer injuries. Where's our winter break?

This quote in the bbc article shows the premier league up for what they are

Oxford play nine games in February - on every Saturday and Tuesday (subject to the final date of the Newcastle game) so there are no free dates for their replay

Newcastle or oxford at home

Either a Big name and chance of upset or very winnable tie regardless of how their replay ends
