Yep.

Game starts at 7am over here and this happens way too much! They were probably well aware that they were facing difficulties in streaming the game.

Yep same here. Getting up at 6.50am to watch an error message is a little annoying. If it’s not going to work they should say so, then I can go have another hour! At least we’re winning though.

Given up on it working today now.

What ever happens I think everyone will get a voucher for another game. It's very annoying though.

It baffles me that the club tell people to email EFL for refunds. When actually its the responsibility of the EFL to inform and refund customers.

This is bollocks. Why is it always ours the goes down.

If there was a message saying the game may not be shown due to difficulties before you purchase then it’s your risk. However, to offer a service and then not deliver... sounds underhanded and illegal to me

Absolute disgrace from them.

I tried to watch the second half yesterday and for about the 4th time this season the 'IWe are experiencing technical difficulties' message was up. The way I stream allows me to see all EFL games and every other game was working. I feel like Mario Balotelli... 'Why Always Me?'

Must be something with St Andrews, can't remember issues at the Ricoh in the previous 2 seasons, certainly not with this regularity anyway. One more reason to get back to Cov!

There shouldn’t be a need to claim a refund, Ifollow should just do it automatically.

If you pay by credit card then you are entitled to ask them to obtain a refund of the payment as the product/servive was not delivered.
iFollow will be aware of this and I'm sure they will issue a credit to use in a future game broadcast. They did that before several weeks ago when the game was patchy (unlike yesterday when it was lost altogether!)
