see Ponticelli is in the first scorer betting on Bet365. Is he eligible to play?

That pitch is like a ploughed field. If they press high, and the ball takes a bobble as we pass it around at the back, then we'll be in trouble.

I actually think you could play an outrageous amount of rugby on the Ricoh pitch and it’d never ever look that bad.

OK having seen the pitch in HD on the TV I take back what I said about the Ricoh pitch being just as bad at times in the past. It looks horrendous!

Edit: looking through the regulations there’s literally nothing on pitch quality, smoothness, amount of grass, inclines, nothing.
Only thing I can think of would be safety of players, ref could postpone the game on that basis and if it kept happening to the same team the league would presumably have to step in and do something.

Pitch is like something from the 70s or 80s before the advances in pitch maintenance. Surely they need to rip that up and drop in one thats been prepared offsite.

Correct it’s about endangering players. Refs meeting recently heard of a player suing the club for a broken leg caused by a crap pitch. Refs were being told to be careful agreeing a pitch is playable locally

Great cross but horrendous defending and goalkeeping.

If we can get used to the pitch we could hammer these

What a start. And I was about to post a sarcastic post about why aren’t we ahead already :D

Great to see Godden hitting some form.
