Suddenly lots of talks recently of new sites etc - What is been said at the quarterly meetings with the EFL ? (which is part of the agreement for us to play at Birmingham) - Are the EFL starting to put pressure on? as they want updates for the 2020-21 season as a starting point - With Bury gone and Macclesfield new potential owner saying he hopes the EFL will give time for a deal to go through, Are the EFL starting to get tough

The original agreement
“The EFL have currently given CCFC the ability to play outside of Coventry for up to three seasons if necessary, but the EFL will allow CCFC to return to Coventry at any point.”
"A number of conditions have been placed on the club to ensure progress is made in regard to finding a solution to getting the club back playing in Coventry at the earliest opportunity including the payment of a £1m bond and a quarterly review in order for the board to be updated on developments ahead of season 2020-21."

Let’s hope so. I suspect it’s more about demonstrating a return is moving fwd. going from 12 sites to 6 may well be enough to demonstrate that

Is it like Strictly, where we lose a 'contender' every so often?

It isn't sudden talk is it?

It all came from a random set of loaded questions rushed out from the Trust then spun massively by the Telegraph on a day when Wasps were coming in for a bit of stick.

If anyone thinks the EFL are going to get tough, take a look at the "punishment" handed to Bolton for failing to fulfil fixtures.

They are meeting the trust next week which I think is slightly concerning as I think the trust will encourage them to be tough

What can the EFL do? They can't force Wasps to open negotiations again with SISU. They can't force CCC to give SISU planning permission to build a new stadium
