So far, they were going to turf out the CCFC Academy from the Higgs, they turfed CCFC out from the Ricoh. They turfed out an archery club at Old Leamingtonians and now this.

Vile club, their approach to PR is as bad as SISU's.
Not to mention them trying to use the higgs and the academy to force what they wanted at the ricoh as well.

Lego-head was promoting himself shamelessly this morning, because some dickhead has actually nominated him for radio and TV journalist of the year in the Midlands! Balance is presumably not among the criteria!

Boddy has said in the telegraph to stop speculating and misinterpreting things.
Good. It was clear to anyone who had paid attention to what he's been saying recently that this was just Wasps and the Telegraph stirring shit up.

Dont understand why they are throwing everyone out, you would have thought every penny counted no wonder they are going down so shortsighted and selfish.

Literally anyone can go on their website (https://www.midlandsma.co.uk) and nominate whoever they like. You can even nominate yourself!
Just nominated myself, but as I work in sub-stations and on overhead lines I don't think I have much chance.
I wondered if everyone voted for me how embarrassing it would be if I got up at the awards dinner.

What i dont get about rugby is the dumb cunts find it to hard to put together a successful scrum and it delays game for ages

they've realised that are large section of the local public are absolute shitehawks who have already cheered them on as they've fucked over the local football club, they think they can get away with murder, and they're probably right.

Easier with the local paper and council helping out.

All I can say is, you have eight big f***ers in the scrum trying push you over to win the ball, not a pretty sight. :emoji_head_bandage:

Attendance today 10,322. What fantastic support for a top premiership club. 22,000 empty seats. Have the free tickets stopped ?
It's going wonderfully well .

so I work with somebody who lives in London , and has zero affiliation to CCFC or Wasps - except her sister in law is high up in Saracens
When I mentioned yesterday, that I will be delighted when Wasps are gone - she said that the rumours at Saracens are that they are looking to go back down south, and mentioned the MK rumour again
so no idea if anything in it but just hoping!
Wouldn't be a surprise to me. When they made their accounting 'error' it was for 1.1m donated by their chairman being classed as earnings. It was stated as inflating their earnings by over 50%. So 2m max earnings. The same statement said a loss reduced down to 3.7m. And this was in 2017. Many less seem to go now.

So I wonder who will pay the bond interest for how long. It is costing millions each year to be in a location miles away from their support.

Still knocking out the free tickets

Packed out there . Wasps really should insist that groups of more than 1 should spread out at least 5 seats apart to make the ground look more full.
Or has someone good with special effects scrubbed out thousands of people around them ?

I couldn’t believe how sparse the crowd was when I first looked at that picture particularly as it seemed to be taken during the game. Having looked at it again I now see that unfortunately it was during the warm up.
I think Wasps May have played Bath at a good time for them as they have only one player returning from the WC but Bath have four. I think that was what was said on CWR on Saturday.

Where's that peaches and cream pest? Thought they'd be all over this result on here...
Still around I've just been having a read of a few of the other threads, good result for us Saturday and deserved the win team played better due to a few different players being available this week but still missing a few influential players due to world cup and injury so there is the potential for improvement to come

Just out of curiosity, checked the price of "my seat" in block 21 at the Ricoh for the next Wasps home game. Adult is £42! Not surprised so many vacant seats if you take out the freebies.
