I'm a shorts and flip flops 'all year round' (In UK) person, so I'm glad to be annoying in this respect.
Funnily enough, people that wear jeans or trousers don't annoy me at all, although I do struggle to understand how they can wear them indoors - far too hot and betty swollocks.

Having lunch in a Wetherspoons pub and watched a mother plop her 5/6 year old son into his chair, put his plate of food in front of him and then propped his tablet at the back of this plate so he could reach over his food to swipe his screen.
