After the gloom of yesterday’s hiding at Rotherham we are still well placed as other results went our way.
Fleetwood & Sunderland losing and Wycombe drawing means we are still 4th with only one defeat all season so that’s one positive. Another positive is that next week we have a chance on Sunday to cement our position with the game against struggling Tranmere when the only other team around us actually playing is Blackpool.
I’m sure that yesterday will soon become a distant blur - a blip rather than the onset of a bad run!

Let’s hope it’s not the start of a Mowbray style collapse...

For me the silver lining is the unbeaten run is over. I felt like there was a danger the longer that went on we actually start protecting it rather than looking for a win. For me, now it's gone we can focus on bouncing back and winning

Completely agree... there's a relief the inevitable is over. Now we can crack on...

Yes let's hope it's a one off, it's a must win against Tranmere.

Having Kelly back in midfield and Rose in defence should steady the ship.

We were always going to lose at some point and we were also eventually going to get punished for these defensive errors we've made a lot this season but somehow gotten away with. I'm not a doom and gloom guy and take each game as it comes, I just hope it's not the start of a few losses that wipes out our strong start. I agree with larry_david that getting a loss is a positive in this case - we need to be more ruthless start going for the win again.

Still a worry that Godden is not getting more chances in games the supply has to increase if we are to have a great season

P'boro are playing, they're 2 points behind us.

Blackpool are playing today though, so 2 days less of rest for them.

Bolton v Blackpool was 0-0 last night, we are down to 5th on goal difference but have played a game less than Blackpool.
